BRINGiT Bags, PBC

As the sole writer of this Silicon Valley startup, I partnered with the cofounders and leadership team to introduce a new concept to the reusable shopping bag market. The company’s objective: To reduce plastic bag pollution through education, legislation, and consumer adoption of BRINGiT’s line of reusable, washable, compostable shopping bags. I established the brand voice and tone, did content strategy, and wrote all the copy for digital and print assets, including site, email, packaging, and outreach, targeting consumers, investors, retailers, and influencers. Crafted from sustainably harvested tree fiber, BRINGiT was honored by Fast Company in its 2021 World Changing Ideas Awards. Alas, funding ran out and the company closed its doors in early 2022.
